You’ll need

  • 250g fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 60ml Silky Strawberry Cre*m, chilled
  • Optional: whipped coconut cream, and mint to finish

Do this

  1. Pile the strawberries into two coupes or bowls.

  2. Pour the chilled Silky Strawberry Cre*m generously over the top.

  3. Add a spoon of whipped coconut cream if you fancy, and finish with mint.
