Silky Strawberry Spritz.

Summer, poured over ice. A generous measure of Silky Strawberry, lengthened with cold prosecco and the smallest splash of soda — pink, fizzy, and entirely plant-based. It looks like it took some doing. It took four minutes and one gentle stir, and nobody has to know that.

You’ll need

  • 50ml Silky Strawberry Cre*m, well chilled
  • 75ml chilled prosecco (or vegan sparkling wine)
  • A splash of soda or lemonade
  • Ice, fresh strawberries and mint, to garnish

Do this

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice. Proper ice, right to the top.

  2. Pour in the chilled Silky Strawberry Cre*m.

  3. Top slowly with prosecco, then a splash of soda — slow is the whole trick, it keeps it silky instead of splitting.

  4. One gentle stir, garnish with strawberries and mint, and serve straight away.

Summer in a glass. Don’t overthink it.
