Iced Coffee.

Iced coffee that grew up. Cold brew (or a cooled shot) over plenty of ice, a generous pour of Sooo Original, and that is the drink. It is coconut-cream, so it stays silky over ice instead of splitting the way dairy does. The affogato’s cooler, lazier cousin.

You’ll need

  • 150ml cold brew (or 1 shot of espresso, cooled)
  • 40ml Sooo Original
  • A tall glass of ice
  • Optional: a dusting of cocoa

Do this

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.

  2. Pour over the cold brew (or a cooled shot topped up with cold water).

  3. Add the Sooo Original and stir once.

  4. Dust with cocoa if you are feeling fancy. Drink slow.
